Make sure you give yourself a break every once in a while. Life is tough; don’t get too caught up in the chaos or it will wreck you. A vacation or a day in the park anything will help as long as it’s a getaway.

Try not to let technology take over your life. It seems people have a hard time talking to each other face to face, nowadays it’s easier to hide behind a computer screen or a telephone which is pretty ridiculous especially when you think about how true it is. So talk to strangers experience all of what the outside world has to bring. Technology is great believe me I know how amazing it may be but there is a whole world out there called reality don’t lose sight of it.

Dear future self,
Never take anything for granted. You are so much more fortunate than you think. Be grateful for the wonderful people in your life. I know times get tough and words you don’t mean start to pour out, but you can fix it whether you say “I’m sorry” or do something to show you really do care. Also, stop just take a look around you at all these royalty items you own they don’t come easy. Just never take it for granted or you can lose it all.

The past is the past for a reason. Learn from it. If someone doesn’t treat you right, you better not give them the chance to do it again. You deserve better. Don’t try too hard to make someone a part of your life if they don’t want to be a part of it. Sometimes you just gotta take a moment and be thankful for the people you do have in your life, instead of worrying about those who aren’t.

Always stay with people you know you can trust. I know they may be hard to find and trust is a hard thing to do, but when you feel you can give it do so. Also, there may not be many of these trustworthy people, but a few are all you really need.
